A place for academic excellence and holistic development. ACHARIYA College of Engineering Technology is approved by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to Pondicherry University and was established during the year 2010. ACHARIYA offers technology education in 5 streams. ACHARIYA College of Engineering Technology is a distinguished institution, in that, it goes beyond curriculum, by offering training in current technologies, soft skill, preparation for competitive exams etc. A hands-on training and exposure aims at delivering employable candidates. The campus has Wi-Fi networking. Students are provided with free laptops. Scholarships are offered by the management to motivate students. The faculty are well qualified, well experienced and dedicated. The labs are state-of-the-art with well trained technicians.

ACHARIYACET Puducherry course eligibility 2024

Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech. degree course should have passed the H.Sc. (Academic) examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu, or any other equivalent examination thereto, with a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for OBC / BCM / MBC / EBC / BT / SC / ST -candidates) in aggregate, in the prescribed subjects, namely, Mathematics, Physics and any one of the following optional subjects: Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology (Botany & Zoology).

Placements and Training (PAT) Centre is an integral part of our institution. The institute has provided the complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the PAT Centre. The PAT Centre is sensitized to function all through the year towards generating placements and training opportunities for the students. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes.

Reputed industrial houses across the country visit our institute regularly for the campus recruitment programmes. Our pioneering efforts have borne fruits in achieving academic-industrial rapport and we are proud that our students are absorbed by leading giants in the industrial firmament. The PAT Centre coordinates quite well with the corporate sector and provides well-developed infrastructure to facilitate the campus selection programmes.

The PAT Centre is designed to function with a high degree of professionalism. It provides almost instantaneous data to the corporate sector with regard to the candidates available for consideration towards placement in accordance with the preserved requirements.
